PC Dance Jacket Embroidery Services ONLY

This is for full back and left chest embroidery services on a jacket you provide. Allow up to 2 weeks for production, after we receive your jacket. Please write your dancer's name on the paper tag on the jacket before you bring it in.

Please select your size and name customization so it will be easier for us to match your order with the jacket you bring in.

Chelsea will pick up jackets when they are ready and distribute at the studio.

Please note that we are not responsible for any items that you provide, that get damaged in production.
